What web service they are marketing

Question: I got some website, and see some website says: if a user uses their product, he can get thousands dollars a day. Seems they are keeping a 'key' to open the door of bank. What kind of service they are advertise? I think it must be valuable way or idea even if it is boasted a little.

Answer:

Any offers on Web sites like that are nothing but scams. There is NO SUCH THING as "free money" that just drops into your lap at the click of a mouse. If you want money, you need to EARN it. That means leaving your computer, leaving your house, going out the door and going to work at a REAL JOB.

Sorry to be the one to burst your bubble.

How to apply for a website domain name?

How to apply for a website domain name?
Question: I want to apply for a domain name for a website, such as : www.feitian.com, but how to apply such a domain name? Where? Fee? thanks!

Answers:
1.Can get one from Netfirms for $5.95 (includes private domain registration - usually an option for other registrars costing at least $6.99, so don't get tricked) - http://moourl.com/kaefy

Remember you will need storage as well (domain is just the name) for your website - we call that web hosting. You can get that at Netfirms as well (if you get web hosting, you get the domain for free depending on the plan).
2. I recommend using GoDaddy to register your name. Fees may apply. Check out their website first, they are more reliable than Yahoo! or another mass market.

Apply for 10-20 survey jobs to get better paid

Please notice: many web survey jobs are scammed, but still some of them are true, I suggest you try 10-20 of them. And you will find which one is good. You should get only 3-4 survey homework monthly from 1 survey website. But if you registerred 10 survey website, you will get 30-40 survey homeworks. Don't think you will be 'rich' by doing survey work, but you can get 'extra money', or money that is ok to live if you don't have other regular job

Home loans when self-employed

Being self-employed can be a beautiful thing because it allows for you to work when you want, the way you want, without anyone looking over your shoulder asking you when something will be done. While there is a lot of freedom and benefits of being self-employed, it can make some other things more difficult, such as securing home loans. If you are self employed and you would like to buy a home you should be aware that it may take you some time to find the right offer, or in some cases, any offer at all.
Home Loans When You’re Self-Employed.
When you’re self-employed, many lenders are hesitant to lend to you because you cannot promise that you will have the same income every month. When a lender lends to someone with a “regular” job, they have some safety in knowing that the borrower makes the same amount of money each year or each hour. This allows them to see that the payment can be made, but the lender has to question this a bit more when there is not a salary or base hourly pay.

If you have been self-employed for more than two years, you will find that it may be a bit easier to get the financing that you need. If you have been self-employed for less than two years, it may be difficult, if not impossible, to get a conventional lender to help you out. If you have been self-employed for longer and you can show some stability through tax forms, you may be able to appease the lender.

The thing to keep in mind is that even if you can provide the lender with tax forms that show that you have a stable income you will likely be paying an interest rate that is two to three percentage points higher than someone else with the same credit standing and yearly income. This increase in interest on home loans for the self-employed is simply due to the fact that the lender feels that they have more risk with the self-employed.

There are some ways to get around this sort of problem. A lot of people choose to go with stated income home loans or they decide that they will simply assume a mortgage from someone else. These are viable options, assuming that you can do this, as they will help you get into a home without all of the problems that many self-employed people face.

While it can be more difficult for the self-employed to secure home loans it is not impossible. You should look for lenders that specialize in hard to finance loans or even in self-employment loans. When you deal with someone who does a lot of these loans they may have certain things that they do or require of you that will help you get the financing that you need without seeing a huge increase in interest rates. Don’t give up before you get started; just be aware that you may have to work a bit harder at getting home loans than the average person. Home ownership can be a reality for the self

Work-from-Home-Data-Entry

Many people have questions about which work-from-home data entry programs work, so we researched several online work-from-home data-entry jobs and typist jobs, and found that most of the companies promise that their programs work, but they actually don't. As a matter of fact we purchased several types of data-entry programs to find that there were only dead ends and; in many cases we had to wait in a long line for assignments that weren't really there. We shopped all the popular work-from-home data-entry programs from outsourcing, word processing, transcription, clerical, affiliate, through data ad submissions. We researched the one-time fee, and monthly-membership programs, even the so-called free programs. Be careful of the so-called free data entry services; we learned there is no such thing. Sign up was free, but once we started to access the companies' lists, software, etc., we ended up spending more than the one-time fee or the monthly membership. For most of these companies we had no success within any of the categories offered. There was no customer support or money-back guarantee. Bottom line; WE GOT SCAMMED.

However, we did find a few companies that were unique and legitimate, and that lived up to what they promised. The uniqueness of these programs is why they made our five-star rating. They took the best features from all different types of data-entry and home-typing programs and they put them into one program. This eliminated the problems we had been running into. The criteria we used to rate the programs were: 1) the actual results promised in the Web site were legitimate, 2) how soon we earned back our membership investment, and started earning positive income, 3) how easy it was to understand and follow the program. The programs we gave five-star ratings did excellent in meeting these criteria. Many data-entry programs promised big money, but the ones we gave five-star ratings actually started producing the results they promised when we were a month into their programs. We did make money right away and it keeps growing. If you would like to see some recent stats, feel free to contact us; we will show you our earnings. We are still continuing to use these programs and are making no false statements here. You can make a decent living if you spend the time, follow the directions they provide, and don't give up too quickly. The final criterion in rating these programs was that they had to offer a 100%-satisfaction money-back guarantee. All of the programs that made our five-star ratings offer this guarantee. We learned the hard way that it is

How to Start an Online Discussion Community?

Online message boards and BBS systems can be a great way to connect people who share similar interests. By following a few easy steps, you can create a thriving online community which will provide you and your membership with many entertaining discussions.
1. Choose a specific community topic. If you plan to manage the community yourself, pick something that you are knowledgeable about and interested in. Because there are already so many online discussion forums available, it's best to serve a well-defined niche. For example, "Buddhist Republican Forum" will probably work better than "Religion & Politics Forum."
2. Select a hosting package. If you have some webspace and a good bit of experience with web development, you can set up your own message board using a software package. If you are unable to set up your own hosting, you can use one of the remotely hosted forum services such as EZboard, or Proboards.
3. Create your forums (discussion areas). Ideally, you want 5-10 separate forums, each dealing with some aspect of your community topic. For example, you can have a "General Discussion" forum, a "Science" forum, a "Political Discussion" forum, etc. Try not to over-categorize. Ask yourself if each subforum you add will make your community better by facilitating new topics or if it will detract by spreading content too thin and forcing the users to search for content they are looking for.
4. Advertise your community. If you have some online friends with similar interests, send them a quick e-mail to let them know about your "grand opening." If you have a website, announce your new community to your visitors. Whatever you do, avoid "spamming" (advertising to strangers without permission). Spamming will ruin the reputation of your community before it has a chance to get started.
5. Select moderators. Each separate discussion forum within your community should have its own moderator. The moderator keeps the discussions fresh by starting new topics and removing inappropriate content. Community users who are knowledgeable about the subject matter of the forum and willing to spend a few minutes a day helping the community grow will make good moderators.
6. Manage the community. You and the team of moderators should agree on some basic rules of conduct (such as "no personal attacks"), and enforce them. Occasionally, you may need to ban a disruptive user from your community in order to prevent problems.
7. Make strategic alliances. Exchange links with other communities with similar interests in order to grow your user base. As your community increases in size and activity, you will have more opportunities to create strategic partnerships with other websites.
8. Develop a community atmosphere over time. You need to foster a sense of loyalty and "belonging" among your membership, or they will eventually go somewhere else. Games, contests, custom titles for users, and other "gimmicks" work well, but simple friendliness and respect are even better.

Tips

* You may want to have a place for users to forward spam and post random garbage: for most forums, it's going to happen anyway, so it's best to make a subforum where people can do it without distracting from the main content of the bulletin board.
* Don't expect overnight success. It takes time to build a large and active membership. Keep at it, and the word will eventually get around. It may take several years before the discussion community becomes self-sufficient.
* Tailor your rules and standards to your subject matter. For example, a religious community will probably have much stricter rules than one about making prank phone calls. Your community standards should be neither too strict or too relaxed for your target audience.
* Keep staff and forums proportional to the community. If you only have thirty members, you do not need twenty moderators or fifty forums. Only add staff and forums when necessary - you should not make people into staff just because they are your friends or they asked, and you should not make an entire forum for Pokémon on a political discussion board just because you enjoy the games.

How to Improve Search Engine Ranking?

Showing up on search engines is one of the most critical ways to increase website traffic and expose your content, product or service to people who might be interested in what you have to offer. Most of the major search engines utilize an algorithm to determine where a website ranks. The search engines have set up specific criteria that a website must meet to get to the top of the list. The criteria are different for every engine, but all engines share several commonalities. It all boils down to the type and amount of content provided on a given website, the level of optimization done on the site, and the popularity of the website (link popularity/PageRank). Tailoring your website for improved search engine rankings is also known widely as search engine optimization, or SEO.

1. Research the keywords: Decide what search queries you want to show up for. Do some research on how many people are actually searching for your site. Many times it is best to consult a "natural search engine optimization" professional during this process. There are several tools available from Google, Overture, and third party software developers that can make the keyword research process easier.
2. Think outside of the box. Don't just focus on your main keywords. The first thing to realize when targeting keywords is that it is not all about ranking for the most popular keyword. The most successful search engine marketing and optimization campaigns target the most relevant keywords. For example, if you are a realtor in a particular area, don’t just optimize your site for “real estate." Optimize your site for dentist, florist, movie theaters, etc. You would be amazed how many unique visitors will come through to your site when "outside of the box" thinking occurs.
3. Focus on the end user. If you spend too much time trying to please the Search Engine Spiders, you may forget about the end user. Think about what your target market needs to accomplish their goals, and then put it on your site so that they can find it. The phrase "content is king" was born about 6 years ago, and it still holds true today. If you want to be relevant for specific keywords, than you need superior or at least highly competitive content. Write about 225-300 words of copy for each keyword and plant it on your site each day. Grow, grow, and grow. On average, one can target between 3-5 like keyword phrases per page. Make it as natural as possible and the Search Engines will reward you will a first page ranking.
4. Make sure that all the pages of the site of have custom titles and descriptions. If your site is using the same tags for all the pages, you are not helping search engines figure out the subject or relevance of your individual pages. Regarding Meta Tags, there are 2 very important fields:
* Title Tag - arguably the most important SEO tag for any website. Google supports approx. 60 characters in the title, while Yahoo allows for up to 110 characters in the title. It is important to target the most critical keywords in the Title. Every page should have a unique Title.
* META Description Tag - also very important for every page on the site. Some engines do display the description defined, while others do not. All search engines do read the description tag, and do utilize the content found within in the ranking process. A good rule of thumb is to create descriptions that do not exceed 200-250 characters. The META keyword Tag is essentially useless in today's SEO market, but is often times good to utilize as a placeholder for the keywords targeted.
5. Keep the structure, navigation and URL structure of your site simple enough for search engines to follow. Remember that search engines cannot parse your navigation if it's using flash or javascript. So try to stay close to standard HTML when it comes to Navigation. URLs with dynamic parameters (?, &, SIDs) usually do not perform when it comes to search engine rankings
6. Create a site map that tells people where everything is on your site. You will get about a 1% click through rate to your site map. However, it will do wonders for those who know what site maps do, and the Search Engines will like it as well.
7. Build up your popularity. So now you have determined the right keywords on the right pages, you've created all of the necessary content; you've optimized all of the content to the best of your capabilities. Congratulations - you're now in the top 80 percentile (from an optimization standpoint) of the websites listed for the keywords you're trying to target. So how do you get a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd page listing? The answer is quite simple: You have to be the most popular, too. That's right, it's a popularity contest. In other words, how many other websites know you (link to you), and how popular are they? This is typically referred to as link popularity, or called PageRank by Google. The more sites that link to your site the better, and the more popular the site linking to you the more value you will receive for your link popularity. The best types of "link building" are directory registration, text link advertising, and press release distribution. Try to offer valuable information or tools so that other people are motivated to link to your site. Well linked sites (that don't use spamming) do better in search engines.

How to Create One Way Backlinks to Your Website

Everyone that does business on the internet, whether it is for social, news, or profitable purposes want more traffic. The real reason we put up a web page is so that it can be seen by others. Search Engine Optimizers would have you believe that on page factors and content is the most important part of the equation. Not so. Off page factors, especially linking, are the real gold mine of traffic.

Steps
1. Determine your niche through key word research: Use a tool like the inventory at overture to determine valid keywords and keyword search terms for your web site. 2. Research your competition: Perform a search using the three major search engines for the Niche research terms you have selected for your web site. 3. Determine the sites linking to your competition: The three major search engines all provide the “link:" command. Put this command in front of the website address that you would like to check the back links for and voila you have your competitor’s advocates. 4. Submit your site to web directories. Avoid using automated software for such purposes, doing it manually and submitting your sites individually to each directory is known to produce better results and will fetch you more links. There are submission service companies like, www.directorymaximizer.com,www.directorymaximizer.com, which will do the submissions manually for you at a nominal cost if you feel your time is better spent elsewhere. 5. Write several articles 400-500 words long on the niche topic of your web site. 6. Contact the owners of the web sites that link to your competition by email. Take care to be honest and cordial as many of today’s web masters have no patience for rude or impersonal requests. 7. Submit your article with a short resource box that contains a “contextual" anchor text link containing the niche search phrase you determined in your initial research. You can create an anchor text link by using the html based tag. 8. Submit your articles to article sites. Again be aware of others feelings and needs by reading and following site submission guidelines. 9. As the shampoo bottle says, Lather – Rinse – Repeat! Establishing back links is a full time job and one that often escapes most web masters. No software, script, or email campaign will ever be as effective at creating one way back links like the steps above.

How to Increase Website Traffic?

1. Offer free, original, and quality content on your site. This is the most effective means for increasing traffic to a website; offering people something that they cannot obtain elsewhere, or at least, not to the level of quality that you are offering it. Ways in which to ensure that your content is of higher quality than competitors or is unique include:
* Creating content that is helpful and useful. Simply cobbling together information from another website will not generate traffic. You need to offer visitors the information they need to achieve a goal, solve a problem, be entertained, find out quality news or have a good laugh. * Keep it fresh. For repeat visits, it is crucial to provide regular updates to the website, especially in frequently viewed zones. Add fresh content every few days if possible; at a minimum, weekly. * Outsource article writing. If you hate the thought of generating content yourself, or your team is not writing-savvy, consider outsourcing this end of the task. Depending on the length, content, specialization and quality required, prices can start as low as US$5 per article. However, don't neglect attempting to write your own work - who better than you knows your own business, hobby or club and can express precisely what needs to be said? Just sit down and start writing an article. You may be impressed when you're done! * Get a proofreader. Poor spelling and grammar reflect badly on the services and information being provided; avoid unwarranted negative judgments by getting the writing in order prior to publication online. * Avoid content generators. While these were once the delight of a fledgling web industry, they are no longer useful. Putting your own team's creativity online is what is useful. * Never copy and paste from another website - Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines are too smart for this nowadays and will detect copied and unoriginal content, sending you to the bottom of the pile. 2. Improve your search engine ranking by focusing your content on keywords related to your topic. This is called search engine optimization and will help people find your website when they're searching the Web. Make sure the keywords flow naturally with the text and when you are brainstorming for good words, ask around for words that come naturally to people of all ages when looking for your type of site. To help you understand better, realize that the keywords not only go into headings and page names but also into "meta tags". "Meta tags" are the software code that website visitors do not see but search engines do. Finally, don't overdo the keywords; over-stuffing keywords will result in a very low search ranking for your website. Also, be very careful not to place key text inside graphics; search engines cannot pick up graphics. 3. Get linked. This is a very important part of website management. Exchange links. Trading links with other websites that are closely related to the subject of your website can bring you more website traffic. These are two-way links because you must provide a link to them, too, and linking to low-quality websites can threaten the credibility of yours. Only link to sites that are dead on topic, and truly help your visitors. Instead of trading links, you could also trade banner ads, half page ads, classified ads, etc. 4. Advertise your presence. Besides using links, you must make use of numerous other ways to increase web traffic. Sit down and write a list of all the ways you can think of to get your web address noticed and clicked on. For example:
* Use e-zines. Make your own that relate to your website and form a regular reminder each issue for people to visit your website. Submit all the free e-zine directories on the internet. * Submit your articles to e-zines, websites and writing sites that accept article submissions. Include your business information and web address at the end of the article. This is a good way to create one-way backlinks to your website. This is the most effective way to get listed on any search engine. Usually, the more relevant links you have pointing to your site the higher you will rank. * Go beyond the electronic medium and into the print medium. Advertise in local newspapers, business brochures, magazines, nationwide publications and mail-drop literature. And don't forget the perennial favorite, the good old Yellow Pages™ - printed version naturally! * Small business cards left in cafés, on signboards, exchanged at meetings etc. * Use local resources such as clubs, libraries and community centers for non-profit website awareness raising. * Participate on message boards. Post answers to other people's questions, ask questions and post appropriate information. Include your signature file containing your website's URL at the end of all your postings. * Start your own online discussion community. It could be an online message board, e-mail discussion list or chat room. When people get involved in your community, they will regularly return to communicate with others. * Use word of mouth. Tell everyone you know about your website, give out business cards to passers-by in the street, and so on. You might even want to run a guerrilla marketing program! * Use your car, especially if your website is area-specific (e.g. a website detailing local events or selling local services). Get some vinyl decals or bumper stickers created and turn your car into a moving advertisement, literally driving traffic to your web site! 5.

Give freebies. Who doesn't like a freebie?! Online freebies are commonplace and they leave the visitor wanting more when they are well written and informative introductory materials. Consider such freebies as:
* Giving away an eBook with your ad on it. Allow your visitors to also give the freebie away. This'll increase your ad exposure and increase web traffic to your website at the same time; * Holding free online classes or seminars. They could be held in your website's chat room. The idea of "live" information will definitely entice people to visit your website. You will become known as an expert on the topic. * Giving visitors a free entry into your contest or sweepstakes. The prizes should be something of interest or value to your visitors. Most people who enter will continually revisit your web site to get the results. * Letting visitors download free software such as freeware, shareware, demos etc. You could even turn part of your site into a free software directory. If you created the software, include your ad inside and let other people give it away. * Targeting specific groups who might worry about using the internet with free classes in using it on your site - senior citizens, busy workers etc. might find these convenient and alluring. * Offering free online services or utilities from your website. For instance, they could be search engine submitting, copywriting proofreading etc. The service or utility should be helpful to your target audience. * Giving free consulting to people who visit your website. You could offer your knowledge via e-mail or by telephone. People will consider this a huge value because consulting fees can be very expensive. * Offering a free start-up package that has a finite time; enough time for the customer to practice with your online product and like it enough to pay for continued use. * Sending out free CD-Roms, CDs, DVDs etc. that contain starter packs or teasers to encourage the customer to use your site more. * Offering free screensavers or templates for business cards, cards, writing paper etc., anything that a customer can print out. 6. Be patient. Search engines need a lot of time to index a new website and domain. They need time to index all your content; it's worth the wait and should be factored into your website profitability and/or popularity timeline. In the meantime, continue to add high quality content to your website and keep it up-to-date and relevant.

How to market your website?

*. Get a website - if you don't have the budget ($2500 - $5000) for a custom designed website, get a starter website that includes everything you need to get your business online in a few days. It will not offer as many options, but will be far cheaper. See External links below. Great options available for renting a website, see http://www.renthttp.com. This will allow you to add eCommerce, Blog, Photogallery, forum etc. at no additional cost.
*. Proofread your website: There's no point in marketing it like crazy if it has silly errors in it. Make sure it's ready for the professional world.
*. Register a great domain name: Find a domain name that has the type of business in the name. Ie, a dog walker might register www.sanfranciscodogwalking.com.
*. Search Engine Optimize your site: Make sure your site has the necessary meta tags (description, title, and keywords), alt tags, title tags, and copywriting. If these are new terms for you, visit http://www.sadiedesigns.com/blog.shtml for a basic web marketing glossary.
*. Add your site to local searches: Most of the search engines have local search functions, and you should definitely appear there. Visit www.local.yahoo.com, www.local.google.com, and www.superpages.com to list your site.
*. Register your site with search engines: Submit your site to the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) and directories (DMOZ).
*. Build links: Ask other related sites to link to your site. You'll have better luck if your site offers solid resources, tools, or tips for readers. Also submit to related directories.
*. Write articles: Write articles about topics relating to your site, and publish them on your site. Also submit them to as many article directories as you can find. Just do a search for "Article Submit".

How to Get a Home Loan with Bad Credit?

With flexible payments and terms, today's mortgage lenders offer a wide variety of loan products. Who benefits? Frequently, it's borrowers with less-than-perfect credit.
Let's say you want to refinance your mortgage or apply for a new home equity loan, but are concerned about your spotty credit history. The solution could be a so-called bad credit home loan. These mortgage loans are specifically designed to assist borrowers consolidate debt quickly while keeping their monthly payments affordable. Best of all, you don't have to have a spotless credit record to qualify. How does bad credit affect your mortgage?Your credit score plays a key role in many aspects of your life, including the process of applying for a loan. Lenders scrutinize your payment history on all previous loans, bankruptcy filings, and other financial factors when deciding whether or not to approve your application. If the lender isn't happy with your credit history, you could be required to make a larger down payment or accept a higher interest rate.
Fortunately, bad credit home loans are geared to borrowers with less-than-perfect credit. You can choose cash-out refinancing, which allows you to trade your existing mortgage for a new one and receive additional cash. Many homeowners use the cash to eliminate higher-interest balances such as credit card accounts. Just remember: the money is drawn from your home equity and making a withdrawal will deplete your stake in the home investment.
Same rules apply to a Home Equity loan. Also known as a "second mortgage," these popular loans are disbursed in a single lump sum, generally at a fixed rate. Homeowners frequently use home equity loans to consolidate their unsecured personal debt such as auto loans, student loans, or credit card accounts.
How can I improve my credit score?Paying off your credit cards and settling any outstanding loans will certainly help, but if you have a history of late or missed payments, it won't undo the damage overnight. Improving your credit score takes time, so after paying down your debts, make an effort to consistently pay your bills on time.
Incidentally, if you're comparing multiple lender offers, you needn't worry about your credit score taking multiple hits or affecting your score adversely. Credit scorers treat multiple mortgage inquiries as a single inquiry, provided they fall within a 45-day window. Just be sure your comparison-shopping falls within this time frame.
For an accurate picture of your finances, request your credit scores from the three bureaus and see where you stand. Scrutinize your accounts for possible inaccuracies or signs of identity theft. Your efforts to secure a bad credit loan will improve greatly when you can see what your lenders see.

Work from home

You can develop an entire business from home by working on the internet. The approach you take may be different, depending on whether you already have a business that has been ongoing for a period of time or if you are starting out with a completely new idea. There are several ways to get started that will help you to maximize your profits. Here are a few ideas to think about.

  • Working from home means that you must set working hours. It is easy to get caught up with daily activities that have nothing to do with your work. Surfing the web is not really working unless you are doing research for your products or services.
  • Take advantage of any experience you have from your previous job. You may be able to carry over some ideas from your work experience that will do well on the internet.
  • Investigate affiliate products that you may want to promote with your online writing. You will be able to start making money very quickly by promoting affiliate products and services that are complimentary to your niche market.
  • Determine what you will be doing online and begin to brand yourself as soon as possible. This will help you to jumpstart your internet business so that you can make money.
  • Also determine who your ideal client is. This will help you to gear your products and services toward a specific group of people. If you try to market to everyone you will end up selling to no one.
  • Find someone to teach you the basics on doing business on the internet. This will save you time and money so that you can do the right things and avoid the things that do not work.

How to increase credit score?

Peter Said:
My credit score did not go up until I established a pattern of making consistent and timely payments. When I first started out I paid cash for everything, had one card for emergencies and a low score. My score didn't start to go up until I took out a car loan. I ended up paying it off early --my interest rate was 14% --but it helped tremendously in building my credit. I'd suggest that he take out a loan or carry a small balance credit card balance and then make consistent and timely payments. Then wait. It'll go up. Oh yeah, the other thing I'd do is pull a copy of the credit reports and make sure that they are accurate.

John said:
Padgett... it's actually better to have a $1 or more balance on your cards... anything up to 10% of your total credit limit is good. A portion of your score is determined by your payment history and how you manage your accounts. If you hold a zero balance with no activity, you lose the benefit to your score of using your credit "wisely".Bande's idea on an installment loan could benefit you as well. Essentially, getting and using credit will boost your score over time. However, in the short term, it could hurt your score. 6 months is short term, but it could be long enough to get a boost if you need it. It's worth looking at that site... but if my memory serves correctly there are 32 total factors in determining your score. For the record, a 680 score is quite good. If you want a true goal from a mortgage standpoint, then 720 should be it. It will get you the best rates and programs for about 99% of the lenders. Some have a 740-750 tier for a smidge better rate.Bande also mentioned looking at your credit, which is always a good idea. This website offers a truly free credit report. www.annualcreditreport.com (do not buy their credit scores for 7 bucks a piece. They do not use the "FICO" scoring model, so the scores they give you are utterly useless and don't apply to anything. The scores they give are often higher than FICO scores, and they use their own model to create them. Lenders do not use their scoring model, which is why they are useless). Once you get your free credit report, you can dispute the items online with them. Typically I recommend only pulling one bureau every 4 months, this way you can get a small snapshot 3 times a year to watch for mistakes. If you are planning a big financial move in the next 6 months, then you should pull all 3.One other note on installment type loans (car loans, mortgages, etc..) They need to be rated for a certain time to get any benefit from them. It's been so long since I've dealt with this question, I want to say it's 6 months. (anyone? - Bande, how long did you hold that loan before you paid if off early?)While getting a couple new credit cards would probably hurt his score in the short term, it would definitely give you the boost you want over the long haul. Just be sure to keep your balances on any revolving debt at <50% of the total credit line. <40% is the best way to go if possible... If you choose to get another credit card, be sure you ask them how they report their high credit limit. For example, Capital One uses a tactic to "protect" their consumers from other competing credit card companies. They report your high credit limit as the highest amount you've charged. They claim they do this to keep competitors from trying to acquire you as a customer. However, consider this... you get a credit card with a $5000 limit, and you charge $1,000 on it. Your high credit limit will now report as $1,000 instead of the true $5,000 it should be. So you now have a balance of $1,000, and a high credit limit of $1,000...ie. your credit line is maxed out, and you take a nasty hit to your score.I always recommend going to your personal bank and getting cards from them if possible. Nearly all of them these days allow you to set up an automatic minimum payment withdrawal from your checking account. This protects you from a late payment (assuming you have money in checking ). Mail does get lost, and people can make the mistake of thinking they sent in the payment, when it's actually buried on the desk out of sight.

How to get money from blog? Part 2 - Jeff

.
Sell advertising. This is likely the most common means of leveraging a blog to generate income. If yours happens to become a well-known blog, or one that is well-received in a particular niche, it's always possible to sell ad space on your own. For lesser-known blogs, services such as Google's AdSense or BlogAds enable bloggers to establish ad programs.
AdSense's — which lets you select several ads that are consistent with the content of your blog — pays you based on how many readers click on the ads for further information. Even better, it's free. BlogAds, on the other hand, hooks bloggers up with would-be advertisers and levies a commission in return for any ad placements that result. "The nice thing, too, is that the ads are relatively unobtrusive," says Scott Allen, co-author of "The Virtual Handshake: Opening Doors and Closing Deals Online."
2.
Help sell others' products. Here is another click-through opportunity. Affiliate programs enable your blog to serve as a conduit between readers and online sites offering various goods and services. One popular choice is Amazon.com. If, for instance, you offer book reviews or even just mention a book in passing in your blog, an affiliate program provides a means for your readers to click directly from your blog to Amazon to obtain further information about the book. If they break out the checkbook or charge card, you get paid as well.
3.
Solicit contributions. Not every blog-related income opportunity involves hawking goods or services. As Blanche DuBois did in "A Streetcar Named Desire," consider relying on the kindness of strangers. Ask for contributions. If, for instance, your small-business blog supports a cause or issue in some fashion — say you repeatedly mention tax reform, health care or some other topic — you can always ask for reader support
Even if you've attracted a group of regular followers who simply enjoy reading what you have to say, they may be willing to underwrite their loyalty with a little financial help. Programs such as PayPal make it easy to establish a simple on-site contribution collection button. "There are lots of worthy 'cause' blogs that would qualify for donations from grateful members of the blog community," says Las Vegas communications consultant Ned Barnett.
4.
Market your services in your blog. Many people associate blogs exclusively with a cyberspace-based soapbox — a place to shout your opinions and little more than that. Granted, blogs are an ideal venue to share your thoughts with others, but don't overlook their capacity to generate new business as well. When appropriate, work in references to what you do and, in turn, what you may be able to offer any would-be client or customer who may be reading your blog. That can spread your opinion and your business moxie at the same time.
"Instead of short commentaries that begin a dialogue with readers, as many blogs do, I write the equivalent of journal articles that demonstrate my abilities, strategies and perspectives on specific issues," Barnett says. "When it resonates, it means money. Since starting this approach, I have generated three new paying clients and brought in about $10,000 on revenue — directly attributable to specific blogs."
5.
Use a blog to deepen your existing customer relationships. Nor does any marketing material inserted in blog content have to be limited to bringing in completely new business. By using a blog to regularly communicate with existing clients as well as other readers, you can take advantage of the opportunity to fully inform them about everything your business does. That may expand your readers' understanding of the full scope of your products or services.
"My blog has helped existing clients determine the range of my skills and services," says Ted Demopoulos of Demopoulos Associates, a Durham, N.H. consulting and training concern. "One client who had only used me for training in the past was surprised at my range of expertise and is now using me for a consulting project. Another who only used me on technical projects is now considering me for a more business-oriented project."

How to get money from blog? - part 1 - Jeff

Web log, or blog, can be a boon to your business. In an accompanying article, I offer reasons why business owners and managers might want to establish themselves as bloggers.
But now comes the inevitable question: How do you get started?
Here are seven tips to get your Web log up and blogging.
1. Identify your audience. A basic precept of any business is just as essential with your blog. It's critical to pinpoint your audience and, in the process, decide what you're going to say that will make them read what you write. "It's really a process of elimination —what's
not being covered by someone else?" says Scott Allen, co-author of the upcoming book "The Virtual Handshake: Opening Doors and Closing Deals Using Online Social Networks." "What's your unique spin? If you don't have an original voice, why is anybody going to read it?"
2. Decide where your blog should live. Next up is determining where to locate your blog. There are numerous software packages that let you add a blog section to an existing Web site. A more automated and perhaps easier option is a blog hosting site (with a link from your Web site bringing visitors over). Here, the setup is easy, as the site usually provides preformatted designs and other options from which you can choose. In particular, watch for features that may be helpful in building traffic, such as trackers that identify recent posts and the most popular message threads. (See sites such as Businessblogconsulting.com for reviews of various publishing platforms. One easy place to create a blog is on Windows Live Spaces.)
3. Start talking. At this point, bringing your blog live will mean little more than placing your thoughts, observations and insights into the blog for others to read. But to really kick start your blogging traffic, don't just vent marketing-speak about how great your business is, or chatter about news and current events for which you offer no expertise. Instead, aim for a fresh, unique take. Provide a perspective that is heartfelt, compelling, and has the potential to help you market yourself and your business. One way to get up to speed on what to say is to read other blogs and, in turn, offer your own viewpoint on an industry or business topic for which you know something about. "It's not a matter of competing with other blogs," Allen notes. "But one way to attract other bloggers to your site is to start reading other blogs and commenting on what they're writing about."
4. Get into the practice of "blogrolling." Getting regular visitors to your site isn't just a matter of fresh, insightful commentary. Building traffic between blogs is another central element to luring repeat visitors. Here, "blogrolling" is an effective tool. This, in essence, is a set of links on your blog site that identifies other sites on the Internet --- related to your business, industry or expertise --- which you find valuable. Developed in conjunction with a fresh voice, blogrolling encourages a steady back and forth between various sites, including other blogs. "Write commentary about what other bloggers have written, then link to them," Allen says. "That really gets you into the overall bloggers' pool."
5. Emphasize keywords. Search engine hits
are another element of generating traffic. One strategy to attract search engine interest is through careful use of keywords in both your headlines and blog copy. For instance, if your topic focuses on marketing a business overseas, use of the words "marketing" and "overseas" as often as possible and in varied permutations can help push your blog site toward the head of the search engine line. "Stay on one topic, so your content is focused on keywords," advises Sally Falkow, a Pasadena, Calif., brand strategist who uses a blog in her business. "That, and link to other blogs on the subject."
6. Keep it fresh. One cardinal snafu that can bring down even the best intentioned of blogs is stale content. Nothing is more discouraging to prospective readers than returning to a blog site to find old or outdated material. So, be prepared to work at keeping your blog as fresh and current as possible. That doesn't necessarily mean regular entries as lengthy as a Michener novel — indeed, many engaging blogs are built of short, concise messages. But make a commitment to update your blog on as regular basis as your schedule reasonably permits. “You need to develop what I describe as a ruthless persistence toward posting, particularly if you disseminate the blog's address, and customers or suppliers come to depend on the information," says Rich Hanley, director of graduate programs in the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. "People view blogs as daily information vehicles, not once in a while musings on a stray issue. Think of blogs as a conversation, and that will help with the daily focus."
7. Watch your traffic closely. Don't make the mistake of feeling locked into your blog's initial topic. Monitor the amount and quality of the traffic you receive. If things seem slow or stagnant, don't be gun-shy about varying your themes or subjects to boost interest. But don't stray too far from your business or expertise. Also, advises Falkow, "Investigate how effective the [publishing] platform you choose to blog in is. I have tried several that did nothing for my search visibility."

Hi,I am Ajaero Tony Martins, an internet marketer who makes a full time income online. I have reviewed answers posted earlier on and i can tell you that you can't make your desired income target of $1,000 monthly because:1) The programs they posted about are not in any way referred to as internet business/professions.2) All they are after is earning few cents from their referral links and so called programs. To make your targeted income online, you must follow this internet business models.1) Sell a hot in demand product to hungry customers.2) Offer services which are highly needed by internet users,( Do you know you can make unimaginable income online offering services or products which you have interest, hobby, passion or expertise in e.g software engineering which is your expertise).3) You don't have a product or service to offer, then partner with those who do with affiliate programs( also known as joint venture or internet partnership).Dear friend, i can't say it all here but i am currently building a website to help aspiring internet entrepreneurs like you. It is now accessible but not yet completed. You can check it out at:http://www.bestbusinessmentor.comYours sincerelyAjaero Tony Martinswww.bestbusinessmentor.com
3. Hi bobThere are many legitimate work from home opportunities available to you. There are also many scams out there. You will need to do your home work to keep from getting burned.I have a BS degree in engineering and for several years I worked as a structural engineer on nuclear power plants. So you may find that I am giving you a few more details than you desire. But that is how engineers are! Eventually I went off to Bible College and began pastoring full time. As a pastor I was not making enough money to support my family of four. Forsaking my calling was not an option. Neither did I desire to go back to work in corporate America. Traffic, bosses, and other considerations pushed me to work from home. The first thing you need to decide is, are you looking for a JOB or a business opportunity. Each one is very different. A job may offer you more security and a steady paycheck but you are building the owners dreams not yours. A job should not have any or very little start cost because the owner is taking care of the overhead.A business is not a job. You are the owner and you are the one taking the risk. But you are also the one that will reap the rewards for your success. You are working toward your dreams not someone else’s. Yes, with a business of your own there will be a start up cost. But as you know even a child’s lemonade stand has a start up cost. The parents may buy the lemons, sugar, and paper cups for them but there is a start up cost.So first decide do you desire a job where you may have security but you are helping someone else achieve their dreams. Or do you desire a business of your own. You take the risk but you also reap the rewards of your success. For me I am willing to take the risk of building my own business. If you decide to start your own business there are some things to consider. First, you need to decide how much money you are willing to invest to get started. Yes there is a cost to start a business, even when starting a lemonade stand.Second, you need to decide if you desire to market a product or a service. Which ever you do make sure that it is a commodity that is in demand. Learn more about this at http://www.TinyURL.com/32T9JL .Third, I suggest you make sure the company has been around for some years. Over 90% of businesses fail in their first year. Then the majority of the other 10% fail in the next 4 years. So chose a business that has some time on its’ side.Fourth, make sure the compensation is worth your time and effort.Fifth, make sure the person you are working with has the ability to mentor and coach you. Most home base businesses fail because the person does not get any one on one mentoring. No successful business person makes it on their own. They always have a source for coaching and mentoring. The source is often the combination of books and individuals.I know this has been long but I hope it has been of value for you. Much success as you go through this journey of life. You will have success. To check out what I do type in http://www.EasyLivingNow.com in your web browser.

How to make a website be found in google?

how to make my website searchable?
1.Generally, the more popular it is, the more chance it will have of being found easier on Google. I have a blog, with not one single comment, and it is still easy to find on Google for some reason. Keep adding posts to your blog, keep it active, and it will be spotted easier.
2.As soon as your site is available on the Internet, you can submit it to Google by completing the add URL form at:www.google.com/addurl.htmlAnother way to be listed, and to raise your page rank too, is by getting other websites to link to yours. After that, when Google’s robots or spiders, known as Googlebot, crawl the web, they should run across your site within a month or so. There are two types of crawls, fresh crawls and deep crawls. Your site most likely will first get a fresh crawl in which only pages Google deems most important are crawled. After Google runs a deep crawl of your site, most, if not all of the pages on your website that contain links from other pages will be crawled and subsequently listed on Google, except pages that are included in the file robots.txt, which lists pages that you don’t want Google to crawl and pages containing code that Google is unable to parse.
3.Submit your website URL to http://www.google.com/addurl/ to get listed in google search. However, you need to work out on your content with some keywords to get better ranking from the search result.
4.Here is a post telling how to get indexed by Google very fast.http://www.dailytechnologytips.com/2008/...If you follow these steps mentioned in the post. Your blog will appear in Google in very short time. Thanks,Technology Updatehttp://feedshub.blogspot.com

Do we have spirit after life?

Many of my loved people like my mother,my grandmother, my aunt have died, I love them and think of them, and hope people still have a life after death. When I dream of them, I don't know if they are really come to see me or just because I think of them? One day, I dreamed of my grandmother, she said "I am awarded to be the kindness god, and I am living in the apartment of green leaves, room 203. When I awake, I search in the web and cannot find a place called green leaves apartment. I even call my father and let him tell me if he can find an place called 'green leaves apartment'. You know, every weekend, I go to China Town to buy foods, half year after that dream, when I am walking in China Town, I looked up and suddenly find the apartment before me is called 'GREEN LEAVES APARTMENT' exactly! It is a 4 layers of old building, I am sure the room 203 does exist. But I am so scared and didn't go upstairs to look for my grandmother. Who can explain to me? Do people have spirit after life?

Why I fly in the dream?

often dream of flying, in the dream, I can handle the way of flying, and there is a 'technique' on how to fly in the dream. I can fly above the buildings or just above the ground. What is the reason?

The weird green leaves apartment

My grandmother is a respected person in my family. She cared about everyone with her heart. She died in 1993. You know, every weekend, I go to China Town to buy foods, half year after that dream, when I am walking in China Town, I looked up and suddenly find the apartment before me is called 'GREEN LEAVES APTMENT' exactly! it is 4 layers of old building, I am sure the room 203 does exist. But I am so scared and didn't go upstairs to look for my grandmother. Who can explain to me? Should I go to check it out? I remember, in that dream, I asked for her, 'Are you always in that room'. She said, 'No, sometimes when I am out, for example, when I am here, the room is empty.'

Speak a language that never known

This year, in midnight, when I am in between sleeping and awaking, I often speak out a language that I don't understand what I am talking about, it is not English, I don't know what 'language' it is. I can stop from speaking, but I feel comfortable if I keep on speaking. I can keep on speaking for 20 mins without repeating. I don't have this 'functionality' during the daytime. Do I get mental problem? What is the reason behind?
